Loose gemstones can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (100% of the purchase price) if they meet the conditions outlined above.

Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment gateway:
